当你替别人完成了某些紧急的项目

寿司上一篇提到过，manager在群里问intern做一个简单的分析，由于intern又消失不见，因此寿司把这个活做完了，但是做完之后，寿司在群里@了这个intern，并且表示：

An update about XXX: I wanted to inform you that the project you were assigned to has now been closed. We haven’t heard from you in the past three weeks, so I’ve had to take over. Although the project has concluded, since you’ve been working on this, I’d hate to see your efforts go to waste. If you have any findings or progress you made during your time on the project, please summarize them. Your insights could still be valuable for future reference. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

She has been encountering some challenges in completing the tasks I’ve assigned her. Despite the guidance and support, she has faced difficulty meeting the required standards. Additionally, I’ve noticed that she hasn’t been very responsive to my messages.
